We also provide a complete after-sales service should you wish to upgrade your system components such as garage or gate openers or any of the accessory range. We can supply all parts for the products we sell and are full-qualified for all repairs.

Like your car, your new door will require a little care to maintain its appearance. It is recommended that the outside of your sectional or roller door should be cleaned, (recommended once a month using water and soft car brush or sponge) taking care to also clean the area above the lintel and top of the roll on roller doors, particularly in coastal environments.

In addition, all moving parts including springs and poles for doors and outer openers should be sprayed with Silicon 808 every six months. At this time all tracks should be cleared free of dust and any residue build-up and also sprayed with Silicon 808.

Coating your door with the appropriate wax will assist the longevity and appearance of the materials. For timber doors, we recommend frequent staining and oiling to preserve their natural finish. Your Dominator distributor will advise you fully on how to maintain your door and keep its good looks.

Dominator Cedar Sectional doors are manufactured and supplied with one coat of Dryden's WoodOil. A second coat must be applied three months after installation and a 3rd coat six months after the 2nd coat.

Re-application of WoodOil will be required when the surface exhibits signs of losing capability to “bead water” or colour tone is faded. Keep in mind that durability of water repellency & colour tone is proportional to the amount of WoodOil in the timber. Thicker timbers will require additional coats to offer this durability. For on-going preservation only, one coat should be applied every 5-8 years given appropriate initial coats.

We recommend annual washing of the surface to remove surface contaminants (dust, pollen etc) with clean water. This should also be done prior to any coats of WoodOil if in good maintenance. If for any reason maintenance has not been kept up, a stronger wash may be required prior to re-coating with WoodOil.

Clean up with mineral turpentine or hot water & detergent for spray equipment, brushes and clothes. These also help with over spray or accidental spillage on unwanted surfaces such as windows. Use a wiping rag on smooth surfaces and a brush on rough surfaces.

1. Turn power off to the unit for 5 seconds
2. Turn power back on
3. Push “Program button” twice (eg. push, push)
4. All 4 small red lights (LEDS) light up and flash (Status, reset Obstruction and power On lights)
5. When they stop flashing, LED #1 will be on

• If #1 LED is constant (not flashing) it already has a remote coded to
• You must then push the “program” button again once, the #2 LED will come on, if this is also constant (not flashing) it already has a remote coded to it. (Note: Each light represents a remote code). Keep pushing the “Program” button until one of the LEDs is flashing (this represents an empty code)
• Once an LED is flashing push and hold the remote button until the LED stops flashing, then release the remote button.

Wait several seconds and automatically all lights will flash on and off. Once this has happened you can use your remote.

1. Turn off power to the unit for 20 seconds
2. Push program button twice (e.g. push, push)
3. After several seconds all lights will flash on and off. LED 1 will come on.

• If you want to delete the code in LED 1 push and hold the “Program button” down until the light starts to flash. The code is now wiped.
• You may then (by pushing the program button once) cycle through each LED light and delete where required.
